Goalify 18 is a productivity and habit-building mobile application designed to help users learn skills and make consistent daily progress in focused 18-minute practice sessions. The application includes skill tracking, daily timers, AI-generated mission suggestions, progress statistics, and curated learning video recommendations.
2. Permitted Use & User Responsibility
By downloading or using Goalify 18, you agree to use the service solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial growth purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the physical security of your iOS device and for ensuring that your practice activities are carried out safely and responsibly.
3. Subscriptions & Payment Terms
Goalify 18 offers optional paid subscription tiers ("Goalify 18 Pro"), available as monthly or annual auto-renewable plans:
- Automatic Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
- Free Trials: If a free trial period is offered, you will be charged for the selected plan upon conclusion of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to trial expiration.
- Price Changes: Any adjustments to subscription pricing will be communicated in advance in accordance with Apple App Store policies.
4. Cancellation, Refunds, & Restoring Purchases
All transactions, billing, refunds, and cancellations are managed directly by Apple Inc. under Apple’s App Store Terms and Conditions:
- How to Cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time on your iPhone via
Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. - Refunds: Refund requests are governed and processed exclusively by Apple customer support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Restoring Purchases: If you reinstall the app or change iOS devices, you can restore active subscriptions at any time using the "Restore Purchases" button in Goalify 18.
5. Intellectual Property
All software code, graphic interfaces, trademarks, brand names ("Goalify 18"), logos, visual assets, and original content within Goalify 18 are the exclusive property of L.D.Z.G / Goalify 18 and protected by international intellectual property laws. Unintended copying, decompilation, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Goalify 18 is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Goalify 18 does not guarantee specific learning, personal, professional, or financial outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, L.D.Z.G and Goalify 18 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.
